COLORADO SUMMER CLASSIC -
7/20 - 7/24, 2005
Our first "A" show of the year:) We brought Twist and Spanky to High Prairie Farms for the short stirrup and pony hunters.
It was a hot one
for sure, but Susan and Michaela persevered with flying colors. Susan showed in the 11 & under equitation
receiving a 4th on the
flat out of 17 kids! She also showed in the short stirrup division. Twist and Susan looked better than
ever!
Michaela was supposed to show in the green pony hunters, but there were not enough for the division, so she entered in the
regular
Medium pony hunters. She and Spanky had a fantastic showing!

- 4th, 6th's, 7th's & 8th's out of 17 kids in her divisions!
- Susan and Twist were very consistent at this show. She had some challenges with
the short stirrup distances since Twist has such a big step, but she handled it marvelously. She definitely showed
she's ready to move on to the 2'6"! Congratulations Susan and Twist on a great weekend of showing! You looked
awesome in your new coat too!

- Michaela Monk Riding "EZ's Little Rascal"
- 6th's, 7th's & 8th's out of 10 fancy ponies in her division!
- Michaela and Spanky were terrific. First time to show in the regular pony hunters and she
really held her own. Well done sweetheart!
